The City of Fayette invites all community residents
to a series of four community Think Tanks to be held in the
Fayette Library ICN Room on four Wednesdays in January and February.

The City of Fayette and Upper Iowa University are conducting a
study to receive input from people who live in and around the
community. This data will be used to better plan and develop the
City in a way that will more align with the needs of the citizens.
We therefore need your input. If you would like to participate
in this study, please click on the link provided below.
There are two parts to the study. One allows you to rank
statements and the other provides the ability for you to provide
written answers. Your answers and comments cannot be traced back
to you individually. All responses are combined when it is
submitted. We do track who has started and not finished as
well as those who have not yet started so we can send reminders
and assure we are obtaining a representative sample.
This survey should only require a few minutes of your time.
Again, we ask that you take this study to help the City move forward.
