By Appointment with the Pastor. Class required for first time parents.

Marriage:
Arrangements at least 6 months prior to marriage. Interview with the pastor required before date for marriage can be given.

GENERAL RULES FOR
ST. JOHN’S CEMETERY

1. No trees, shrubs or flowers may be planted in the cemetery by private individuals.

2. All permanent vases or flower pots and headstones must be placed in the headstone row not in front or behind the gravestone bases or they must be mounted in the approved gravestone base.

3. No headstones are to be set without a permit and must have the authorization of the cemetery staff.

4. Floral decorations are allowed one week before and one week after Memorial Day. No glass vases are allowed.

5. Decorations put up at burial must be removed ten days after the burial.

6. Anyone wanting to sell back an unused gravesite may sell it back at the purchase price. The perpetual care money will stay with the cemetery.

7. No headstones or permanent decorations shall be higher than 48 inches. The width of a single grave headstone shall not be more than 30 inches. The width of a double gravestone shall not be more than 84 inches.

8. The cemetery staff must do all concrete work.

9. The cemetery personnel are not responsible for the loss or damage to any unapproved decorations.

10. No foot markers may be added to a gravesite.
