NEARBY STATE FOREST!
I am still re-designing this Page. Visit this page again soon for a complete narrative and some awesome pictures just recently taken on some personal trail rides I recently completed in the Nearby State Forest.
In the meantime you can view an overall topographical map (link below) of the the 12 square mile area surrounding PM Stables which shows the State Forest (Outlined in Black, Trailhead in Red) along with miles of backroads you can ride (outlined in Blue). PM Stables is indicated on the map with a "Star" and arrow. Remember this map just shows the 12 square miles to the North and West of the stables. There are also miles and miles of similar land to the east! Remember I also have permission (as with my boarders) to ride on many private lands immediately within a few mile radius of the stables as well. This Map will open in a separate window (it is high resolution so most browsers will allow you to zoom in using your mouse). Notice the terrain and elevation differences! Just awesome! And all this by just putting a saddle on your horse here instead of hooking up a trailer! Welcome to the True Country!
