Salem Old Settlers
Minutes - February 16, 2004

Those present: Cindy Nichting, Tammy Mumme, Margaret Carlson, Sheila Carr, Doris Onorato, Susie Kuhens, Linda Pohren.

Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. Checking: $3275.44 Savings: $4914.11

Susie will check to see if Bean Pot was fixed. Doris will check on Cookbooks. Doris reported we had 25 +2 tapestries left to sell.

Mr. Illusion will appear at the 2004 Salem Old Settlers. His fee will be $250.00. The parade will be at 10:30 on Saturday morning, followed by Mr. Illusion on Stage at 11:00.

The Stompers & Stomperettes - Cloggers from New London have agreed to perform this year and would like to have a booth for crafts and flyers. This was approved.
Buck & Judy Show have also agreed to perform.

The theme for this year's event will be Happy Days! Tammy approved and Doris seconded.
The Dos & Don't will perform on stage on Saturday evening.
The Faithful Four from Pella, Iowa will perform on Sunday Morning.
