Salem Old Settlers
Minutes - March 15, 2004
Those present: Cindy Nichting, Tammy Mumme, Margaret Carlson, Sheila Carr, Doris Onorato, Linda Pohren.

Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. Checking: $3275.44 Savings: $4914.11

Susie will check to see if Bean Pot was fixed. Doris reported there are 4 Cookbooks. Doris reported we had 15 tapestries left to sell.

Mr. Illusion will appear at the 2004 Salem Old Settlers. His fee will be $150.00 for 1 Hour. The parade will be at 10:30 on Saturday morning, followed by Mr. Illusion on Stage at 11:00.

The Stompers & Stomperettes - Cloggers from New London have agreed to perform this year.
Buck & Judy Show have also agreed to perform. We will pay them as before $25.00

The theme for this year's event will be Happy Days! It was suggested that some of the categories for
the parade be revamped. Danny Pidgeon needs to come to the next meeting to discuss this
. The Dos & Don't will perform on stage on Saturday evening. The Faithful Four from Pella, Iowa
will perform on Sunday Morning.

Sun 10:00-Church Services with Faithful Four from Pella, IA
12:30-Sign up for Tractor Pull
Registration for Car Show
Grand Marshalls will be Dale and Marcia Cammack & Emil Englehart.
Tammy will check with Beth & Arlo about their choice for recognition. Tammy will also check on paintballs.
